PhD Lina Jakučionienė has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of communications across both business and public sectors.
She served as the Director of Corporate Communications for the Baltic States at ERGO. Previously, she headed the Public Relations Department at the Ministry of Health of Lithuania.
During internships at the German Bundestag and the European Parliament, she worked in the field of political communications.
Currently, Lina is a lecturer at Vilnius University and a member of the Master’s Program Committee for International Communication Studies.
She has long served as a jury member for international competitions such as the New York Festivals Advertising Awards (USA), CEO World Awards (USA), Golden Bridge Awards (USA), and the Digital Communication Awards (Germany).
In 2017–2018, she was Chair of the Council of the Lithuanian Communication Association and served for many years as an ambassador and coordinator for the European Association of Communication Directors (EACD) in Lithuania.
Lina closely follows communication trends in Europe and Lithuania, regularly sharing her insights at international and local conferences, and participating in international academic and practical research projects.
Her research interests include communication-created value and its measurement, strategic communication, integrated digital communication, artificial intelligence and innovations in the communication field, as well as the competencies and skills of communication professionals
